CCLR (The Center for Creative Land Recyling) is a non-profit organization focused on creating healthy, sustainable communities. Its mission is to encourage and facilitate land recycling in creative ways that revitalize urban areas, discourage urban sprawl, and conserve greenspace. In short, it’s in the business of helping communities create a fresh start.
Citizen has helped bring CCLR’s story to life through compelling video content and a comprehensive resource website to help communities with their brownfield redevelopment on a state and local level. An online media gallery, and a series of compelling video segments produced by Citizen, showcases its important efforts to help communities envision new possibilities and get a new lease on life, from the acclaimed Seattle GasWorks project to CCLR’s planned remediation along historic Route 66. As Henry Ford once said, “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.” Learn more at cclr.org.
